This app helps you record supplier visits at overseas trade shows (questions, recorded answers, photos, notes). There is no account sign-up, and we do not collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. All records stay on your device by default and are never sent to the developer's servers.
1. Data we store and process

The app does not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.
When you set up offline mode, the app downloads translation and speech-recognition model files from Google (ML Kit) and Hugging Face servers. These are one-way downloads of program files; none of your records are sent.
2. Device permissions
- Microphone: recording answers during a visit
- Camera: photographing booths, business cards, and products
- Photo Library: attaching photos (read) and saving captured photos (add)
- Speech Recognition: on-device transcription (processed on device; nothing is sent out)
Each permission is requested the first time the feature is used; the rest of the app works if you decline.
3. AI processing
Transcription, translation, and summarization happen entirely on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks and on-device model files. The app has no server of its own and does not send your recordings, text, or photos to any external AI service. Your data never leaves the device.
4. Retention and deletion
- All records are kept only on your device. Deleting records in the app, or uninstalling the app, removes them immediately.
- The developer operates no servers that store your data.
5. Your rights
You can view, edit, and delete your records in the app at any time.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children under 14.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will announce it in the app or on the store page and update the effective date above.
